Order processing
Orders are typically processed within one to three business days after they clear order review. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order review before fulfillment
Orders may be reviewed for eligibility, research-use attestation, destination, and compliance before they are fulfilled. Inspired Labs may hold, delay, or cancel an order that does not pass review, and may request additional information from the purchaser.
Shipping methods and tracking
Materials are shipped using standard commercial carriers. When an order ships, a confirmation with the carrier and tracking number is sent to the email on file. Transit times shown at checkout or by the carrier are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Delivery, title, and risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. The purchaser is responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address and for receiving and appropriately storing research materials on arrival.
Where we ship
Inspired Labs ships within the United States only. Orders with a destination outside the United States are not accepted.
Destinations and restrictions
Inspired Labs may decline to ship to certain destinations, or may require additional documentation, based on carrier rules, legal restrictions, requester qualification, or any indication of human, animal, diagnostic, therapeutic, or consumer use. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that import and receipt of research materials is lawful at the destination.
Non-delivery and delivery issues
If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, or if a shipment is delayed or lost in transit, contact support@inspiredlabsllc.com so we can open a carrier investigation and work toward a resolution.
