By ordering you represent that you are a qualified researcher, that you will handle, store, and dispose of products in accordance with applicable laws and laboratory safety practice, and that you will not resell products for human or animal use. Orders may be reviewed for eligibility and research-use attestation before fulfillment, as described in the Shipping Policy.

Products sold by Inspired Labs are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. These statements and products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Inspired Labs is not a compounding pharmacy under Section 503A or an outsourcing facility under Section 503B of the FD&C Act. No information on this website is medical advice or instructions for use in humans or animals.

Prices and availability are shown on the site and may change. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; Inspired Labs may accept, review, hold, decline, or cancel any order, and may correct pricing or catalog errors.

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. We currently accept Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle. When card payment is offered, it is processed by an approved third-party payment processor. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All sales are final except as described in the Final Sale, Return & Refund Policy, which also addresses payment disputes.

The website and products are provided as labeled, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Inspired Labs' liability arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for the affected items.
